Drone Services Agreement

This Drone Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between LA Drone Company ("Service Provider") and You ("Client"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

Services
The Service Provider agrees to perform drone services ("Services") for the Client. The specific details of each service will be outlined in individual service orders or assignments, which will become part of this Agreement.

Payment
Payment for Services shall be made by the Client to the Service Provider upon completion of the Services. The Client may choose to pay via cash or Zelle. Each job will have its own pay rate, which will be agreed upon before the commencement of the Services.

Confidentiality
The Service Provider acknowledges that in the course of performing the Services, it may receive confidential information regarding the Client. The Service Provider agrees to keep this information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the Client. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Independent Contractors
The Service Provider shall utilize its own contractors to perform the Services. These contractors are not employees of the Client and shall be under the direct supervision and control of the Service Provider.

Term and Termination
This Agreement shall become effective as of the date of the last signature below and shall continue until terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice. Read our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider's liability for any claim related to the Services provided under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for such Services.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements, and understandings between them.
